At Wanderly, we believe one of the most important steps to improving the current travel nursing process is providing a place to review pay packages<\/a>.<\/p>\n

First off, we know that many travel nurses, both new and experienced, utilize social media forums and groups to discuss their pay packages. Nobody wants to be manipulated into a situation that doesn\u2019t give them every penny they deserve<\/a>, and we all want to know if someone else is making more than us for doing the same job, right? Right! We find this information out by asking other Travel Nurses while at the same time making ourselves feel better with their blessing on the pay packages we\u2019ve built ourselves and believe in. It is a world of constant comparison and hassle!<\/p>\n

Here’s where we’ve decided to help: our platform\u00a0a<\/span>llows travel nurses to anonymously compare pay packages between companies<\/a> and potential colleague nurses. In addition, it allows the comparison of company profiles as well. For example, one company may pay less but have first-day health insurance. You can make the choice based on your needs.
