75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS -Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility.Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.Orto, ENT and/or vascular experience a plus. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.CERTS: BLS certification required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. NBSTSA or equivalent preferred but not required. SHIFTS: start time: 0645 or 0900. Shift length 4 - 10-hour shifts. On Call requirements: weekday 4x in 6 wks and weekend call. 3 - 12-hour shifts at 0630 start/orientation. Weekend requirements: as needed in the rotation. Holiday requirements: as needed. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
