Job Description

Emerald Health Services is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist / Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, rotation for every 5th weekend with sent days off during the week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • MA License
  • 1 year experience
  • Must have Crescendo, prior home visit exp.
  • BLS
  • Be able to Eval and PT care
  • Bachelor of Science Degree or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Counsel on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and by the American Physical Therapy Association.
