40 hours/week, Performs OB and Gyn ultrasound studies, including procedure (Amniocentesis, and Sonohysterograms) in primarily an outpatient setting. Provides physicians with quality images for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a MFM or Radiologist. Provides optimal patient care. Contributes to a positive work atmosphere and cultivates a cooperative work environment within the department Position Requirements: Associates Degree in Accredited Sonography Program and 1 year or more of experience in Ultrasound, (2 years for OB) including clinical rotations during schooling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to operate ultrasound equipment. Certification(s) required: Basic Life Support (AHA). Licensure(s) required: ARDMS.
