Summary
The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates,
and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process. Accepts responsibility for direction of
co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC
policies, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications
Education: Associate degree in nursing.
Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice in the
State of Ohio. CPR required .
Experience: Previous Registered Nursing
experience preferred.

4. Assesses, plans, implements
and evaluates nursing care of each patient according to the nursing process.
• Provides quality care based on assessment needs and established plan of care/pathway.
• Provides education for the patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge process.
