We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will be responsible for coordinating
total patient care needs across medical, surgical, outpatient, observation,
swing bed, and pediatric units on Med/Surg/Pedi floor. Your expertise and leadership
will be essential in collaborating with and directing the activities of a
diverse healthcare team to meet the unique patient care needs of this
population. By utilizing the Nursing Process as the foundation for your
decisions, you will deliver care tailored to the physical, spiritual,
psychosocial, and developmental needs of our patients. You will be accountable
to the Unit Manager and work closely with the Clinical Coordinator and/or
Nursing Supervisor during your shift. A minimum of three years of acute care
experience is required, and experience with Meditech is preferred. You must
hold a current Vermont RN licensure and possess BCLS certification, while ACLS
certification is preferred.
