Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Will float to NICU, PICU and Peds H/O. Will float to ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands. CERTS: BLS and PALS certifications required. BLS and PALS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. EPIC EMR experience preferred.SHIFTS:12-hour day shift position.Shiftstarttime 0700 **Weekends -3 Weekend shifts in a 4 week scheduling period***Holidays -Per PHS Clinical Staffing and scheduling policy***On Call - 1 per six weeks (12 hour call)***Float -all travelers within CDS are required to float to all areas in which they are trained including ED and alternate holding areas to care for appropriate patients. This includes PresNow ED/UCsShifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.
