Job Description

Do you speak Spanish? Do you have an active license in California? Are you passionate about hypertension management?

We are looking for a  registered nurse, LVN, LVN/LPN, or similar credential with licensure in California to work remotely for remote-patient monitoring and health coaching program at an FQHC. This person would have flexible hours and work from the home ability. This individual should also speak Spanish.
