initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the
acceptance date will not be approved.
When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
13 weeks assignment, 2 years experience current required in
PCU required. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast
paced environment. Must have
successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Position will
float to other areas as needed. Will float to ED to care for admitted
inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands.
CERTS: BLS certification required. BLS must be completed through
American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
EPIC EMR experience preferred. Basic cardiac arrhythmia experience required.
SHIFTS: 12 hour night shift position. Shift start 1900-0700. . Weekends - 3 per schedule minimum Holiday- as needed Float - Sister units Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
Weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float
within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent
assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

ORIENTATION: 1ST week of the contract, not to exceed
40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Scrubs required and not provided by
the facility.
