Requirements:

-Interviews are quick and offers are usually between 1-3 days
-Blocked scheduling is case-by-case per unit manager
-Candidates have the choice between 36 or 48 hour contracts (OT is after 40 for 36 hour schedules and OT is after 48 for 48 hour schedules) - discuss w/ manager in interview
- Facility is currently offering up to 26 weeks contracts.
- No Call Requirement for most positions.
Unit Description: 25 Floor Beds, 6 Step-Down Beds, 6 Peds Beds. Multidisciplinary team approach in providing nursing care to multi-system-injured trauma patients and surgical patients. A six-bed intermediate care stepdown unit provides an intermediate level of care.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 2 YEARS RN EXPERIENCE, WV/COMPACT RN - PENDING LICENSE ACCEPTABLE
-Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, FIT test, CPI
Traveler can get CPI Course done with Qualivis for free the week before start.
-Certification Preferred: TNCC
-Skills Requirements: IV Start, Vents, Telemetry, Level 1 Trauma Experience
- Skills Preferred: Conscious sedation

Un-vaccinated candidates cannot and will NOT be sent to manager for consideration until facility approves the exemption request (approval process can take 7-10 days)
