Travel - Tech - Interventional Radiology Tech - / Mon - Fri 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Years of Experience Required: 1 minimum in IR

Requested Skill Set: ACLS w/ IR experience. Prefer background in ED/ICU as well

 

Must have:

Advanced skills needed: ICU/ED experience

 Procedures performed on unit:  CT guided bx/drain, all IR procedures, Nuclear Medicine Stress Test, monitoring Pacemakers for MRI exams

ARRT Technologist with minimum 2 years IVR experience.  Expectations for call coverage.

Unit Description

 Number of Beds : cover IR, Nuc Med Stress Test, CT Guided BX, MRI pacemaker monitoring and CCTA/CTTAVRs

·       Patient Ratios :4 RNs daily

·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :2 techs per day and 4 RNs

·       Type of equipment :

·       Documentation system: Meditech

·       Scheduling requirements: 40 hours per week plus call

·       Floating policy: all medical imaging services

·       Patient Experience requirements: AIDET & 2 PATIENT ID
