Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to work at a partnering home health care provider in Kokomo, Indiana. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.

Physical Therapist Assistant Home Health Contract Details:

• $1,386 â $1,541 per week*
• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour â not by the visit
• Physical Therapist Assistant will have a designated territory of coverage

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Indiana
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous experience with Computer Charting
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
• Valid U.S. Driverâs License and reliable transportation
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
