We are looking for a Travel Physical Therapist Allied for a great Travel allied job in Gillette, WY.
This Physical Therapist Travel allied job pays for 40 hours a week for 13 weeks.

1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. •Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record. •Develops an age appropriate plan of care, which addresses physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs, in collaboration with other members of the health care team. •Implements the plan of care, delegates appropriately and ensures documentation of interventions. •Sees all patients at their scheduled appointment time. •Completes daily progress notes on time with pertinent information. •Completes and turns in daily all notes, charges, and other paper work. •Evaluates progress towards desired outcomes, revises plan of care and intervenes as necessary. •Educates patient and families regarding current health status, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes. •Provides service excellence to all customers. •Demonstrates efficient time management and prioritization skills. •Maintains professional standards related to clinical practice, staffing and continuing education. •Practices fiscal responsibility and accountability. •Works required work hours and periodic weekend coverage to meet patient needs. •Demonstrates positive interpersonal relations. •Maintains a clean and safe environment. •Adheres to CCMH policies and procedures. •Complies with the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program including, but not limited to, the Code of Conduct, laws and regulations, and hospital policies and procedures. •Must be free from governmental sanctions involving health care and/or financial practices. •Performs other duties as assigned
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Meditech software system in Inpatient. Working on implementation of WebPT in outpatient setting. Office Tracker for scheduling. WebPT scheduling and documentation on outpatient.
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. Graduate of accredited PT school. Prefer experience on outpatient setting, but not required. Potential to do wound care if interested. Minimum 6 months previous experience required.
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) BLS, WY license
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) M-F 40 hours. Possible rotation of IP weekend coverage of 1 in 6.
6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Will be some inpatient work with primary location in outpatient.
7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. OP facility sees 80-90 patients per day. Inpatient unit is 26 in ICU/Med Surg with avg PT census 10
8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)
9. Dress Code: Business casual - Jeans allowed on Friday. Some wear black scrubs.
10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Orientation will be completed by clinical supervisor and other PTs to train on documentation and scheduling systems. General overview and first-day orientation for safety, compliance, HIPAA, and emergency preparedness.
