Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering outpatient clinic in Lynbrook, New York. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $2,016 â $2,258 per week*
• 12-week contract with possibility of extension
• Outpatient Clinic setting
• Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to clinic guidelines.

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in New York
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• At least 1 year of recent outpatient experience
