Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Monticello, Arkansas with prior OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits experience for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

  • $1,280 â $1,398 per week*
  • 13-week contract
  • SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  • LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
  • Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
  • Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

  • Medicare Certified Agency Experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
  • Current Arkansas Nursing License
  • Valid U.S. Driverâs License
