Job Description:

Weâre now seeking LVNs for openings at a Rehab facility in Winston-salem, North Carolina. Our goal is to help open a range of options for our nurses so they can choose the assignments that fit their goals and lifestyle best.

LVN Contract Details:

  • $1,188 â $1,309 per week*
  • 11-week contract with possibility of extension
  • Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
  • Administer and record prescribed medications
  • Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

Requirements:

  • Current North Carolina Nursing License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience
