Weekend/Holiday: Every third weekend. Every other Holiday, as applicable.

On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A

Required Certifications: WI RN license and BLS

Minimum Experience: 1+ years Med Surg

Charting Experience: Epic – preferred

Unit Specific Skillset: Excellent assessment skills.

Unit Overview (Patient ratio, Bed Size, etc.): 16 beds, nurse patient ratio varies by shift but typically nurse patient ratio typically typically 4-5 on days, 5-6 pm and 6-7 noc. 3 RN days, 3 on pms and 2 on nights
