M/S RN 6th Floor - 12 hr Nights 

**No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles**

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
Shift Requirements: 12hr Nights
**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
Weekend: Up to every other (Cannot accommodate every weekend schedule)
Holiday Requirements: Rotation as needed
Float Requirements: Floating between 6th floor & 7th floor primarily 

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required certifications: WI RN License & AHA BLS (required); ONC (preferred)
Minimum 3+ years RN experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience REQUIRED
Charting Experience: EPIC
Patient Ratio: 1:4-5
Patient Population: Medical and Oncology Patients
Scrub Colors: Black

No new travelers - at least one completed contract REQUIRED
