By maintaining an active Compact license and certifications in six key states (CA, NY, IL, MA, CT, and AK), eligible clinicians are guaranteed a new travel assignment within 14 business days—or 28 days for permanent roles—if their current contract falls through. If TLC is unable to secure a valid placement within that timeframe, clinicians will receive a weekly market-rate wage for up to four weeks.
