CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CVICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, particularly in cardiac intensive care, with an emphasis on teamwork and patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Adhere to rotating holiday schedules and work up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week period, including Saturday/Sunday for dayshift and Friday/Saturday for nightshift. Manage estimated patient ratios of 1:1 to 2. Qualifications 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Proficient in nursing skills including IV start, telemetry, ventilators, Swan-Ganz catheters, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and pulmonary artery lines. Experience with electronic health record systems, specifically Epic, is required. Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
