CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Information Night Shift: 3x12 hour shifts (1830 - 0700) Fixed or rotating weekends (holidays included) No block scheduling Flexibility required Responsibilities The CVOR Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing care and support to patients in the cardiovascular operating room. This includes assisting with surgical procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cardiac, vascular, and transplant nursing 1 year of CVOR experience 1 year of experience in a Level I Trauma facility Scrub experience is required Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Required Skills General Operating Room skills Cardiovascular surgery expertise Thoracic procedures knowledge Vascular surgery experience Transplant surgery experience Charting System Experience with EPIC charting system is required.
