Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus in the Emergency Department. This role will require a nurse who can demonstrate strong clinical skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing to float as needed within the unit. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience required At least 1 year of travel nursing experience required Oncology experience is preferred, but not mandatory Proficiency in using EPIC electronic medical records system is required Certifications BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Skills Required Skilled in IV starts Experience with telemetry monitoring Patient Care Details The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:4. Time Off Requests Submission of Requests for Time Off (RTO) is required at the time of application. A maximum of 7 consecutive days off may be granted at the discretion of the facility for a 14-week contract.
