Registered Nurse Emergency Department Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality care to patients in critical situations. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department. Manage a patient load of approximately 1:5 ratios. Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Perform emergency procedures when necessary and provide life-saving intervention. Qualifications Current state nursing license. Certifications required: CPI, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS. Previous experience in an Emergency Department setting preferred. Ability to work night shifts and manage a fast-paced work environment. Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
