Registered Nurse Emergency Department Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This position is ideal for dedicated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reacting swiftly to changes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care options. Patient Care Ratios The Emergency Department operates with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5, ensuring that each nurse can provide personalized and attentive care. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention). PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification. NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
