Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Shift Notes Shifts available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Work hours may start at either 12:00 PM or 7:00 PM, depending on staffing needs. Weekend Requirements Weekend work is required as scheduled. Job Responsibilities Perform quick and effective triage and patient assessment in the Emergency Room setting. Administer critical and emergency medications including pressors, antiarrhythmics, and sedatives. Monitor patients using cardiac monitors and IV pumps. Utilize Bipap and ventilation equipment as necessary. Document all patient interactions and care using Epic EMR. Qualifications Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience is required. First-time travelers are welcomed with the necessary experience. Active TNCC certification is required. Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience with critical and emergency medications is essential. Must have a valid driver's license with a taxable address located at least 50 miles from the facility.
