Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary Join our Critical Care Float Pool and provide care during weekend night shifts while offering flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will have the opportunity to float to various intensive care units, adjusting their focus based on staffing and patient acuity. Unit Assignments Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records Experience in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management Parking Options Parking options are available with varying access levels: WMC Monthly Permit: 24/7 access to designated parking garage. WB Annual Permit: Access during weekends and holidays with shuttle service available. CXS Annual Permit: Access to multiple parking locations during designated times.
