Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts, providing flexible nursing support across various intensive care units based on staffing and patient acuity needs. The role includes floating to the following units: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy: Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels to ensure optimal patient care and safety. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records – Required Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred Parking Options for Travelers: Parking options for nursing staff are available, including: WMC Agency Permit: 24/7 access to the facility's garage (guaranteed availability) Monthly and 100-day permits available WB Permit: Weekend and holiday access to designated garages Shuttle service provided to the facility CXS Permit: Similar access as the WB Permit with additional parking areas Please note: Parking costs and options are subject to change based on current policies.
