Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description Join our Critical Care Float Pool, working night shifts with the flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. As a nurse in this role, you will float to a variety of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing and patient acuity, including: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Please note that nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity to ensure continuity and quality of care. Requirements Minimum 2 years of ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record – Required Experience with IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
