Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Description Join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts, with the flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing and patient acuity, including: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Requirements Minimum 2 years of ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required Proficiency with EPIC – Required Must have:IV Start Telemetry experience Ventilator management experience Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
