Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Position Overview Join our dynamic Critical Care Float Pool, offering night shifts with the flexibility to meet the needs of various units. Nurses in this role will float to different ICU settings based on staffing requirements and patient acuity, including: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity based on patient needs and unit demands. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records is required Must have experience with: IV starts Telemetry Ventilator management Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred Parking Options Parking permits are available for purchase, including options for monthly and annual permits.
