Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Join our Critical Care Float Pool for night shifts with the flexibility to adapt to unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing and patient acuity, which may include: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy: Nurses are expected to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records – Required Experience in the following areas is essential:IV Start Telemetry Ventilator management Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.
