Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description Join our Critical Care Float Pool, offering night shifts with the flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float across various Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing requirements and patient acuity. This may include: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications – Required Proficiency with EPIC – Required IV Start experience Telemetry experience Ventilator management experience Previous travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
