ICU Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in critical care nursing and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to emergencies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Participate in floating to different units as required. Qualifications: Current New York nursing license in hand is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting. Charge experience is highly preferred. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. Must be located outside a 75-mile radius of the facility. First-time travelers may be considered. Schedule: Shift: Night shift with 3x12-hour schedules (19:00 - 07:00). Weekend work: Every other weekend required.
