The position requires comfort in working within a progressive care environment and flexibility to float within multiple locations as necessary. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a stepdown/PCU setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. Assist in patient education and discharge planning. Participate in unit meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS.
