Registered Nurse (RN) Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Women & Infant Float Pool. This role requires flexibility and the ability to float between various departments including Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in assigned areas. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures related to women's and infant health. Required Certifications ACLS AWHONN Intermediate BLS NRP Preferred Qualifications AWHONN Advanced certification Experience with EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) Additional Requirements Availability for on-call shifts.
