Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a specialty in Labor and Delivery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong clinical skills in the labor and delivery process. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor and delivery. Perform IV starts and manage patient IV therapy. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout their labor and delivery experience. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor fetal heart rates and assess maternal conditions, responding appropriately to any changes. Assist with newborn delivery and stabilization, adhering to best practices. May be required to float to other units as necessary. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience is required. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are mandatory. Proven experience in starting IVs and conducting L&D procedures. Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records is required. Previous travel experience is preferred. Shift Details: This position is scheduled for night shifts, working 3 twelve-hour shifts each week from 19:00 to 07:30.
