We are seeking a qualified Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity with an exceptional hospital in Myrtle Beach, SC. ·      Contract Length: 13 weeks ·      Start date: ASAP ·      Schedule: NIGHTS – (3x12s) Monday through Friday  7pm - 7:30 am (36 hours) NO ON CALL ·      Total weekly gross pay: $2209 ·      Travel stipend weekly pay: $1309 ·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay   JOB DESCRIPTION: ·      Multiple MedSurg RNs needed for a brand new 30 bed med/surg department. ·      Assesses needs of the patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical, examination, and analysis of data. ·      Provides appropriate nursing interventions, consistent with the Plan of Care and standard of practice, incorporating the physician’s prescribed medical plans of care. ·      Understands and recognizes appropriate storage and safety of medications (such as large volume IV’s, saline, medications in pre-packaged kits. ·      Document patient data in Epic EMR. Requirements: ·      At least 2 years of RN experience in MedSurg environment including general medical, ortho, neuro etc. ·      RN license in SC or compact required. ·      BLS and ACLS certifications required.
