Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for travel assignments. Candidates must have substantial cardiac experience and be proficient in using EPIC electronic medical records. Position Details Our Registered Nurses will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various units, handling drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Nitro, Non-DKA insulin, and Amiodarone. Requirements At least one completed travel contract (preferred) Epic experience (required) State nursing license (required) Cardiac experience (required) ACLS certification (preferred) BLS certification (required) NIHSS certification (required) New graduates accepted Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the last 12 months Employee Separation Policy Any past employee, whether full-time or PRN, is not eligible to work in travel assignments within another market if they have worked within the last 12 months, with some exceptions for travel staff. Contract Information Contracts available range from 36 to 48 hours per week with options for 8, 10, or 13-week assignments. Orientation is scheduled on specific dates. Compensation Overtime is billable after 40 hours or 48 hours depending on total weekly hours. Contractors may be required to work 1-2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays unless the unit is closed.
