Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in nursing practices with a focus on medical-surgical and telemetry patient care. Position Overview This role involves a rotating 12-hour shift schedule that may include days, nights, or a combination, depending on department needs. Shift assignments will be reviewed regularly, although changes are subject to staffing priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population. Monitor and manage telemetry patients effectively. Perform IV starts and manage tracheostomy care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required. Experience with EPIC electronic health records is essential. Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required. Oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Previous travel nursing experience is preferred. Skills Proficient in IV starts and telemetry care. Experienced in tracheostomy management. Patient Care Ratio The nurse-to-patient care ratio is 1:5. Parking Information Agency staff have several parking permit options available: WMC Monthly Permit: Provides 24/7 access to nearby garage facilities. WB Annual Permit: Available for weekend and holiday access, with shuttle service. CXS Annual Permit: Offers access to multiple parking locations for flexibility. Refund Policy Prorated refunds may be applicable for future months on annual permits. Current and past months are non-refundable.
