Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. This position involves a rotating schedule with day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be required to float within the organization as needed. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes appropriately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Adhere to established protocols and procedures to ensure safety and quality care. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required. Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) is required. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Schedule and Shift This position requires availability for weekdays and some weekends. The schedule rotates every four weeks, with the same shifts assigned for four weeks followed by a rotation to the opposite shift for the next four weeks. Parking Information Parking options are available, with annual payment required for certain permits. Monthly permits are also offered for specific areas. Permits include: WMC Permit: 24/7 access to the designated garage. WB Permit: Access to designated lots on weekends and holidays. CXS Permit: Access to designated garages on weekends and holidays.
