Key Responsibilities: Initiate and manage IV therapy Safely administer medications to patients Monitor vital signs and evaluate patient responses to care Provide education to patients regarding treatments and self-care practices Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams in developing patient care plans Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for accurate charting and documentation Assist in lower acuity units as needed Adhere to hospital policies and uphold patient safety standards Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Current BLS, ACLS, and IV certification Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities Travel experience is a plus Parking Information: Agency staff have the following parking permit options (purchased through CampusParc): WMC Agency Permit: 24/7 access to designated parking garage with guaranteed availability.
