Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele Float Pool Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients across multiple units and facilities within the region. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in various medical surgical and telemetry settings. Monitor patient vitals and manage telemetric equipment. Initiate intravenous therapy and manage IV lines. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Successful completion and current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Proficiency in initiating IV therapy and telemetric monitoring. Experience with electronic health records, specifically EPIC. Work Schedule Shifts will be scheduled for three 12-hour night shifts per week, with some weekends and holidays required. Parking Information Parking permits are available for agency staff, with various options including: WMC Agency Permit: 24/7 access to designated garages with guaranteed availability. WB Permit: Access to surface lots and shuttle service to the medical center during weekends and holidays. CXS Permit: Similar access as WB Permit with additional lot availability.
