Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule Full-time availability for night shifts (3x12 hours: 19:00 - 07:30) and day shifts (3x12 hours: 07:00 - 19:30). Committed to weekdays and some weekends. Key Responsibilities Initiate and manage intravenous (IV) therapy. Administer medications safely and effectively. Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments. Educate patients about their treatments and necessary self-care procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for accurate documentation. Float to lower acuity units as required by staffing needs. Adhere to hospital policies and maintain a safe patient environment. Requirements Active registered nurse (RN) license in Ohio. A minimum of one year of nursing experience. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and IV certification. Experience with the EPIC EMR system is preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities. Travel experience is a plus.
