Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses for a dynamic unit catering to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients with mixed acuity levels. This position may involve rotating shifts, including day, night, or a combination, based on departmental needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every four weeks, although changes are not guaranteed and depend on staffing priorities. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required EPIC experience is a must Certifications: BCLS Required Preferred experience in Oncology, though not required Skilled in IV starts, telemetry, and tracheostomy management Patient Care and Responsibilities Registered Nurses in this role will be responsible for a patient ratio of 1:5 and will be required to float to other units with equivalent or lower levels of acuity as needed. Parking Information Parking permit options are available for agency staff, which can be purchased through the designated permit provider: WMC Monthly Permit: Provides 24/7 access to the closest parking garage. WB Annual Permit: Available for weekend and holiday access, with shuttle services. CXS Annual Permit: Offers multiple parking locations with broader access.
