This 34-bed unit focuses on delivering evidence-based, protocol-driven care with an emphasis on patient safety, rapid intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities & Expectations Perform and document frequent neurological assessments, including the NIH Stroke Scale. Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond to changes in real-time. Ensure compliance with stroke core measures, including dysphagia screening, education, and care plans. Administer medications using BCMA standards, emphasizing safety and accuracy. Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, including providers, therapy, and case management. Manage admissions, discharges, and patient flow in a high-turnover environment. Maintain a constant focus on falls prevention, skin integrity, and overall patient safety. PK-38687597
