This 34-bed unit is committed to delivering evidence-based, protocol-driven care while emphasizing patient safety, rapid intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities & Expectations: Perform and document frequent neurological assessments, including NIH Stroke Scale Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, responding to changes in real time Ensure compliance with stroke core measures, including dysphagia screening, education, and care plans Administer medications using BCMA standards, focusing on safety and accuracy Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team (providers, therapy, case management) Manage admissions, discharges, and patient flow in a high-turnover environment Maintain a constant focus on falls prevention, skin integrity, and patient safety PK-38687635
