Registered Nurse Department RN Medical / Surgical / Telemetry Role Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical/telemetry setting. Collaborate with primary and team nursing for comprehensive patient management. Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions are implemented. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Qualifications Valid state nursing license. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Completion of 8 hours of stroke training. NIHSS certification required.
