Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele Scheduling Details This position requires the following scheduling commitments: Shift hours: 7 PM to 7 AM, alternate shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. Contract Length: 13 weeks. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed. Requests for time off (RTO) and special scheduling must be submitted at the time of application. Charting Requirements Experience with EPIC charting is required for this position. Call Off Policy The facility may cancel up to three shifts during the 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours. Qualifications Must possess a valid New York Single State RN license (pending licenses are not accepted). BLS certification required. Required Clinical Skills Cardiac monitoring and emergency response skills, including dysrhythmia interpretation and Rapid Response/Code team activation. Proficiency in IV therapy and phlebotomy, including peripheral line care and management. Experience with nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and non-invasive airway management. Knowledge of isolation precautions. Unit Details As part of the MS/Tele unit, the following details apply: Patient-to-nurse ratios of 1:5 to 1:7. Candidates must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months. Scrub colors permitted: any combination of navy blue and white. Floating may be required within the scope of skills.
