Registered Nurse (RN) Shift Information Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with every other weekend required. Minimum Years of Experience 3.0 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required. Certifications/Requirements Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. Current Epic EMR proficiency is mandatory; refresher classes or one-on-one assistance are not available. Job Description This position is for a Registered Nurse working primarily on the Med-Surg Orthopedic/Neurosurgery Unit, with occasional floating to various Med-Surg units including Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, and Observation. The nurse will be required to work 36 hours per week. There is no call requirement, but holiday coverage is mandatory. RNs will be tested for telemetry reading skills on the first day and must pass to continue employment. Failure to demonstrate Epic proficiency will also result in termination. PK-38357255
