Every other weekend required. Job Description This position involves primarily working in an Observation unit while also requiring the flexibility to float to various Med-Surg units including Respiratory, Stroke, and Cardiac, as well as possibly the Emergency Department, depending on skills and knowledge. The role demands a commitment to provide quality patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Telemetry or Med-Surg. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Proficiency in Epic EMR is mandatory; candidates must provide documentation of capabilities. Ability to read Telemetry/BCRA; competency will be assessed on the first day. Additional Information Holiday coverage is required. Taking call will be a rare occurrence. Candidates must meet all requirements to ensure compliance and capability in this nursing role.
